How costs work

After reviewing your needs, we propose the scope, schedule and cost. We support everything from small proofs of concept to region-wide tour initiatives.

Standard package

Individually quoted based on the number of spots, languages, supervision scope and more.

Small proof of concept

Start with one facility and a subset of languages — try small first.

Joint projects

Terms decided together based on the scheme and division of roles.

Frequently asked questions

Can we start small?
Yes. We support small proofs of concept — one facility, a subset of languages. After reviewing your needs, we propose the scope, schedule and cost.
How is the cost determined?
Individually quoted based on the number of spots, script volume, number of languages, supervision scope, photo/video production, field research, dashboards or custom development, and the operation period.
How does a project proceed?
Three phases: Planning (hearing, research, proposal & estimate) → Production (scripts, translation, audio, supervision) → Launch & improvement (launch, QR placement, analytics, updates).
Can you use our existing materials?
Yes. We start from restructuring your Japanese source material — brochures, signage, websites — into audio-ready scripts, then localize them.
How is translation and audio quality assured?
We localize with cultural context, arrange native review and expert supervision as needed, and you review everything before launch.
How is usage reported?
Monthly reports covering accesses, plays, purchases and usage share by language, measured separately per facility, placement and campaign QR.
