レンタル・3-Day Unlimited・チップ（都度払い）はご購入手続き完了時にお支払いが確定します（自動継続はありません）。月額プラン（Monthly Unlimited Max・GuideTunes Supporter各プラン）は初回申込時、以降は毎月の課金日に自動で決済されます。

One-time purchases (rentals, 3-Day Unlimited, and tips) are charged at checkout. Monthly plans (Monthly Unlimited Max and each GuideTunes Supporter plan) are charged at sign-up and automatically renew on the billing date each month.

商品の引渡し（提供）時期Delivery / provision timing

決済完了後、ただちに対象のデジタルコンテンツ（音声ガイド）をアプリ内で解錠し、視聴・再生いただけます。

Immediately after payment is completed, the purchased digital content (audio guide) is unlocked and available to stream in the app.

動作環境System requirements

本サービスはウェブアプリ（PWA）として提供します。推奨環境：iOS は Safari 最新版、Android は Google Chrome 最新版、パソコンは Chrome／Edge／Safari の最新版。視聴にはインターネット接続が必要です（購入済みコンテンツは対応環境でオフライン再生に対応します）。

Delivered as a web app (PWA). Recommended: latest Safari on iOS, latest Chrome on Android, and latest Chrome/Edge/Safari on desktop. An internet connection is required (purchased content supports offline playback on supported environments).

返品・キャンセルについてReturns and cancellations

デジタルコンテンツの性質上、提供（解錠）後の返品・返金は原則としてお受けできません。月額プラン（Monthly Unlimited Max・GuideTunes Supporter各プラン）はマイページからいつでも解約でき、次回更新日以降の課金が停止します。チップは決済完了後の取消・返金は原則できません。詳細は返金・キャンセルポリシーをご確認ください。

Due to the nature of digital content, returns and refunds after delivery (unlock) are generally not accepted. Monthly plans (Monthly Unlimited Max and each GuideTunes Supporter plan) can be cancelled anytime from your account page; billing stops from the next renewal date. Tips are, in principle, non-cancellable and non-refundable once payment is completed. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
