本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、GuideTunes（以下「本サービス」）の利用条件を定めるものです。利用者は本サービスを利用することで本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern the use of GuideTunes (the "Service"). By using the Service, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
第1条（適用）Article 1 — Application
本規約は、本サービスの提供者と利用者との間の一切の関係に適用されます。
These Terms apply to all relations between the provider of the Service and its users.
第2条（サービスの内容）Article 2 — The Service
本サービスは、東京の観光地・食・歴史などをテーマとした多言語の音声ガイド（デジタルコンテンツ）を提供するものです。各シリーズの最初の1本を無料で、続きを有料で提供します。
The Service provides multilingual audio guides (digital content) themed around Tokyo's sights, food, and history. The first episode of each series is free; subsequent episodes are paid.
第3条（非公式である旨・AI生成音声）Article 3 — Unofficial nature & AI-generated audio
- 本サービスは、紹介する寺社・施設・店舗等といかなる提携・監修・後援の関係もない非公式（ファンメイド）のガイドです。「公式」「提携」「監修済み」を名乗るものではありません。The Service is an unofficial (fan-made) guide and has no affiliation, supervision, or endorsement relationship with any temple, shrine, facility, or store mentioned. It does not claim to be official, affiliated, or supervised.
- 音声ナレーションはAIによって生成されています。史実・解説の正確性を保証するものではありません。Voice narration is AI-generated. We do not guarantee the accuracy of historical facts or commentary.
- 施設・権利者からの要請があった場合、当該コンテンツを速やかに取り下げることがあります。Upon request from a facility or rights holder, the relevant content may be promptly removed.
第4条（アカウント）Article 4 — Accounts
- 有料機能の利用には、メールアドレス等によるアカウント登録が必要な場合があります。Use of paid features may require account registration using an email address or similar.
- 利用者は登録情報を正確に保ち、認証情報を自己の責任で管理するものとします。Users must keep their registration information accurate and manage their credentials at their own responsibility.
- 利用者は、アプリ内（メニュー → プロフィール → 「アカウントを削除」）からいつでも自らアカウントを削除できます。削除により購入済みコンテンツの利用権は失われ、復元・返金はできません。月額プランは削除の実行前に即時解約されます。なお、取引（決済）の記録は法令に基づく保存義務があるため、利用者との紐付けを解除した匿名の記録として保存します（詳細はプライバシーポリシー）。Users may delete their own account at any time from within the app (Menu → Profile → “Delete account”). Deletion forfeits access to purchased content, which cannot be restored or refunded; any monthly plan is cancelled immediately before deletion. Transaction (payment) records are retained in anonymized form, unlinked from the user, as required by law (see the Privacy Policy).
第5条（料金・課金・自動更新）Article 5 — Fees, billing & auto-renewal
- 有料コンテンツの価格・支払方法・提供時期は、特定商取引法に基づく表記に定めるとおりです。Prices, payment methods, and provision timing for paid content are as set out in our Specified Commercial Transactions Act notation.
- 月額プラン（Monthly Unlimited Max および GuideTunes Supporter 各プラン）は、解約されない限り毎月自動で更新・課金されます。解約はマイページからいつでも行え、次回更新日以降の課金が停止します。Monthly plans (Monthly Unlimited Max and each GuideTunes Supporter plan) renew and are billed automatically each month unless cancelled. You may cancel anytime from your account page; billing stops from the next renewal date.
- チップは、利用者が任意で送る一回限りのお支払いであり、コンテンツ等の権利付与を伴いません。取消・返金の取扱いは返金・キャンセルポリシーに従います。Tips are optional one-time payments made at the user's discretion and do not grant content or any other entitlement. Cancellations and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

第6条（知的財産権）Article 6 — Intellectual property
本サービスで提供する音声・文章・画像・その他のコンテンツに関する著作権その他の権利は、提供者または正当な権利者に帰属します。利用者は、私的利用の範囲を超えて、これらを複製・転載・再配布・二次利用してはなりません。
Copyright and other rights in the audio, text, images, and other content provided by the Service belong to the provider or the rightful rights holders. Users may not copy, repost, redistribute, or make secondary use of them beyond the scope of private use.
第7条（禁止事項）Article 7 — Prohibited conduct
- 法令または公序良俗に違反する行為。Acts that violate laws or public order and morals.
- コンテンツの無断複製・再配布・改変・商用利用。Unauthorized copying, redistribution, modification, or commercial use of content.
- 本サービスやサーバー・ネットワークの機能を妨害する行為。Acts that interfere with the Service, its servers, or networks.
- 不正アクセス、リバースエンジニアリング、決済の不正利用。Unauthorized access, reverse engineering, or fraudulent use of payments.
- 本サービスがあたかも施設の公式・提携であるかのように第三者へ誤認させる行為。Misleading third parties into believing the Service is official or affiliated with a facility.
第8条（サービスの変更・中断・終了）Article 8 — Changes, suspension & termination
提供者は、利用者への事前の通知なく、本サービスの内容の変更・中断・終了を行うことがあります。特に、施設・権利者からの要請等により、特定のコンテンツを予告なく取り下げる場合があります。
The provider may change, suspend, or terminate the Service without prior notice. In particular, specific content may be removed without notice, including at the request of a facility or rights holder.
第9条（免責事項）Article 9 — Disclaimer
- 本サービスは現状有姿で提供され、コンテンツの正確性・完全性・特定目的への適合性を保証しません。The Service is provided “as is,” without warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of the content.
- 本サービスの利用または利用不能から生じた損害について、提供者は法令で許容される範囲で責任を負いません。To the extent permitted by law, the provider is not liable for damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Service.
第10条（準拠法・裁判管轄）Article 10 — Governing law & jurisdiction
本規約の準拠法は日本法とします。本サービスに関して紛争が生じた場合、提供者の所在地を管轄する日本の裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute relating to the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Japanese court having jurisdiction over the provider's location as the court of first instance.
第11条（規約の変更）Article 11 — Changes to these Terms
提供者は、必要に応じて本規約を変更することがあります。変更後の規約は本ページに掲載した時点から効力を生じます。
The provider may revise these Terms as needed. Revised Terms take effect when posted on this page.
