GuideTunes（以下「本サービス」）は、利用者の個人情報を適切に取り扱います。本ポリシーは、取得する情報・利用目的・第三者提供・外国にある第三者への提供（越境移転）等について定めます。
GuideTunes (the "Service") handles users' personal information appropriately. This Policy sets out the information we collect, our purposes, third-party provision, and transfers to third parties located overseas.
1. 取得する情報1. Information we collect
- メールアドレス（アカウント登録・購入・お問い合わせ時）。Email address (at sign-up, purchase, or inquiry).
- 任意でご提供いただく属性：国・地域、年代、性別。Optional attributes you provide: country/region, age group, gender.
- 行動イベント：再生・完聴・購入・画面遷移等のアプリ内の利用状況。Behavioral events: playback, completion, purchases, screen transitions, and other in-app usage.
- 決済に関する情報（決済代行 Stripe が処理します。カード番号等の情報を当方サーバーで保持することはありません）。Payment-related information (processed by Stripe; we do not store card numbers on our servers).
- 端末・Cookie・アクセスログ等の技術情報。Technical information such as device data, cookies, and access logs.
2. 利用目的2. Purposes of use
- 本サービスの提供・コンテンツの解錠・アカウント管理のため。To provide the Service, unlock content, and manage accounts.
- 課金・決済・購入履歴の管理のため。To manage billing, payments, and purchase history.
- 利用状況の計測・分析によるサービス改善のため。To measure and analyze usage in order to improve the Service.
- お問い合わせ対応・重要なお知らせの連絡のため。To respond to inquiries and send important notices.
2-2. パートナー応募・事業連携のご相談で取得する情報2-2. Information collected for partner applications & business inquiries
店舗・施設パートナー、プロモーションスタッフへの応募、および法人・自治体からの事業連携のご相談の際には、上記に加えて以下の情報を取得します：事業者名・団体名、店舗・施設名、担当者名・氏名、電話番号、所在地・居住地域、Webサイト・SNSアカウント（任意）、応募・相談内容、流入元・言語等の技術情報。これらは、応募・相談内容の確認と審査、ご連絡、契約の締結・履行・管理、重複申込みや不正の防止のために利用し、これらの目的以外には利用しません。審査に至らなかった応募情報は、合理的な期間の経過後に削除します。
When you apply for the store/venue or promotion staff programs, or send a business inquiry as a company or public organization, we additionally collect: business/organization name, store/venue name, contact name, phone number, address/area of residence, website/social accounts (optional), the content of your application or inquiry, and technical information such as referral source and language. We use this information to review applications and inquiries, contact you, conclude/perform/manage contracts, and prevent duplicate or fraudulent submissions — and for no other purposes. Application data that does not proceed to review outcomes is deleted after a reasonable period.
3. Cookie・計測ツール3. Cookies & analytics
本サービスは、利用状況の把握とサービス改善のために Cookie や類似技術、計測イベントを利用します。ブラウザ設定により Cookie を無効化できますが、一部機能が利用できない場合があります。
The Service uses cookies, similar technologies, and analytics events to understand usage and improve the Service. You may disable cookies in your browser, but some features may become unavailable.
4. 第三者提供4. Provision to third parties
当方は、法令に基づく場合または本人の同意がある場合を除き、個人情報を第三者に提供しません。サービス提供に必要な範囲で、後述の事業者に取扱いを委託または提供することがあります。
We do not provide personal information to third parties except as required by law or with your consent. To the extent necessary to operate the Service, we may entrust or provide data to the providers listed below.
5. 外国にある第三者への提供（越境移転）5. Transfer to third parties overseas (cross-border)
本サービスは、以下のとおり外国にある事業者に個人データを提供します。登録・購入の際に、これらの越境移転についてあらかじめ同意をいただきます。移転先国の個人情報保護制度に関する情報は、個人情報保護委員会が公表する各国制度の資料等でご確認いただけます。
The Service transfers personal data to providers located overseas as described below. We obtain your prior consent to these cross-border transfers at sign-up or purchase. Information about the data protection systems of the destination countries is available in materials published by Japan's Personal Information Protection Commission (PPC).
- Stripe, Inc.（移転先国：米国）— 目的：クレジットカード決済・課金・不正利用防止。Stripe, Inc. (destination: United States) — Purpose: card payments, billing, and fraud prevention.
- ElevenLabs Inc.（移転先国：米国）— 目的：音声（TTS）の生成。原則としてコンテンツ原稿の処理であり、利用者の個人情報の送信は想定していません。ElevenLabs Inc. (destination: United States) — Purpose: text-to-speech generation. This generally processes content scripts and is not intended to involve users’ personal information.
- Supabase, Inc.（移転先国：米国その他）— 目的：アカウント・購入状態・計測データの保管・処理。Supabase, Inc. (destination: United States and others) — Purpose: storage and processing of accounts, purchase status, and analytics data.
- ホスティング事業者（例：Vercel Inc. 米国）— 目的：ウェブアプリの配信。Hosting provider (e.g., Vercel Inc., United States) — Purpose: delivery of the web app.
※ 利用する事業者・移転先国は変更されることがあります。重要な変更がある場合は本ページを更新します。
6. 安全管理措置6. Security measures
当方は、個人情報の漏えい・滅失・毀損を防ぐため、必要かつ適切な安全管理措置を講じ、委託先に対しても必要な監督を行います。
We take necessary and appropriate security measures to prevent leakage, loss, or damage of personal information, and supervise our contractors as needed.
7. 開示・訂正・削除・利用停止の請求7. Disclosure, correction, deletion & suspension requests
ご本人からの個人情報の開示・訂正・追加・削除・利用停止・第三者提供の停止等のご請求は、お問い合わせフォームからご連絡ください。ご本人であることを確認のうえ、法令に従い遅滞なく対応します。
To request disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, or suspension of third-party provision of your personal information, please use our contact form. After verifying your identity, we will respond without delay in accordance with the law.
8. アカウントの削除8. Deleting your account
アプリ内でいつでもご自身でアカウントを削除できます。手順は「メニュー（≡）→ プロフィール → 画面下部の『アカウントを削除』」です。確認画面でご登録のメールアドレスを入力すると削除が実行されます。
You can delete your account yourself at any time from within the app: Menu (≡) → Profile → "Delete account" at the bottom of the screen. Deletion runs once you type your registered email address on the confirmation screen.
- 削除されるもの：アカウント（認証情報）、プロフィール（メールアドレス・国・生年月日・性別等）、購入により解錠されたコンテンツの権利、保存した項目、お問い合わせのやり取り。復元はできません。Deleted: your account (credentials), profile (email address, country, date of birth, gender, etc.), unlocked content entitlements, saved items, and your support messages. These cannot be restored.
- 月額プランをご利用中の場合、削除の実行前に当該サブスクリプションを即時解約します。解約できなかった場合は削除を中止し、データは変更されません（お問い合わせください）。If you have an active monthly plan, we cancel that subscription immediately before deletion. If cancellation fails, deletion is aborted and no data is changed (please contact us).
- 残るもの：取引（決済）の記録は、法人税法・所得税法・消費税法（適格請求書等保存方式）および特定商取引法等に基づく帳簿・書類の保存義務があるため、削除せずに保存します。ただしアカウントとの紐付け（利用者ID）を解除し、個人を特定できない匿名の記録として保存します。Kept: transaction (payment) records are retained, not deleted, because Japanese tax and commercial law (Corporation Tax Act, Income Tax Act, the qualified-invoice system under the Consumption Tax Act, and the Specified Commercial Transactions Act) require us to keep books and records. However, the link to your account (user ID) is removed, so the records are retained in an anonymized form that cannot identify you.
- 利用状況の統計（再生・完聴等の行動イベント）も、利用者IDを削除したうえで匿名の集計データとして保存します。Usage statistics (behavioral events such as playback and completion) are likewise retained as anonymous aggregate data after the user ID has been removed.
- 提携施設・スタッフ用ポータルに紐づくアカウントは、契約・報酬支払の記録に関係するため、アプリ内からの削除の対象外です。お問い合わせ窓口までご連絡ください。Accounts linked to a partner facility or staff portal are excluded from in-app deletion because they relate to contract and payout records. Please contact us instead.
9. ポリシーの変更9. Changes to this Policy
本ポリシーは、法令の改正やサービス内容の変更に応じて改定することがあります。改定後の内容は本ページに掲載した時点から効力を生じます。
This Policy may be revised in response to legal changes or changes to the Service. Revisions take effect when posted on this page.
