Turn hospitality for travelers
into new sales opportunities.

Raise traveler satisfaction without adding much to your service workload, and create a new revenue opportunity based on GuideTunes usage and purchases.

Day-to-day operation is mainly placing your dedicated QR codes and promo materials, plus simple guidance when needed.

Custom content, bespoke development, printing and shipping may incur separate costs.

For all kinds of stores and venues with international traveler touchpoints.

Hotels, restaurants, attractions, commercial facilities and more — use the traveler touchpoints you already have to create experience value and new sales opportunities.

For stores and venues that want better service for travelers — and wider sales opportunities too.

Many stores and venues want to tackle multilingual service and new initiatives, yet face constraints in staffing, time, cost and measurement. GuideTunes supports delivering experiences to travelers and creating revenue opportunities, without adding a major burden to your current operations.

Foreign-language service takes time and staff

Quality varies by staff member, and explaining the background of history, culture and dishes is difficult.

Hard to turn traveler touchpoints into new revenue

Guests visit and stay, but there is no initiative in place that turns those existing touchpoints into revenue.

No visibility into results, so nothing improves

QR codes and materials are placed, but without access and purchase data it is hard to judge effective placements and guidance.

Few experiences to offer during waits and stays

No insight into international guests' behavior

Wanting to try something new at low cost

GuideTunes provides the system, keeping your venue's workload light.

After applying and contracting, day-to-day operation is mainly placing the QR codes and materials, plus simple guidance when needed. Content, systems, measurement, promo materials and payout management are handled by GuideTunes.

Three kinds of business value GuideTunes creates.

Raise the value of travelers' experiences

Convey the background of history, culture and food in 10 languages of audio, creating a guidance environment less dependent on staff language skills or explanation time.

Turn existing touchpoints into revenue opportunities

Use the traveler touchpoints your store or venue already has to create a new revenue opportunity based on GuideTunes purchases.

Measure results and improve

Check accesses per QR, purchases, eligible net sales, payouts and usage trends by language, and improve your placements and guidance.

As your results build up, your payout rate steps up too.

You receive 20–30% of monthly eligible net sales via your dedicated QR codes and URLs. Last month's results set this month's rank (payout rate).

Rather than charging stores and venues fixed listing or monthly fees, GuideTunes pays back according to the results created through your dedicated QR codes.

Guidance for travelers is tied to business results — and the larger your results, the higher next month's payout rate steps up.

STANDARD
20%
Last month's eligible net sales under ¥50,000
The rank set by last month's results applies to all of this month's sales
GOLD
25%
Last month ¥50,000 to under ¥100,000
The rank set by last month's results applies to all of this month's sales
PLATINUM
30%
Last month ¥100,000 or more
The rank set by last month's results applies to all of this month's sales

Your rank is determined by the previous month's eligible net sales, and that rank's rate applies to your entire eligible net sales for the current month. New partners start at STANDARD (20%). Rank changes take effect the following month.

Eligible net sales = actual amounts paid by users − payment processing fees − refunds, cancellations and chargebacks − transactions judged fraudulent

How sales are attributed

To pay back the results created via dedicated QR codes and URLs fairly, sales attribution is determined by the first valid touch.

First-touch attribution — the first QR code or URL scanned, valid for 7 days, never overwritten

  • Sales are attributed to the partner whose dedicated QR code or URL was scanned first (first touch).
  • The attribution window is 7 days.
  • Scanning another QR code within the window does not overwrite the attribution.
  • Refunds, cancellations, fraudulent transactions and self-purchases are excluded.
  • Renewals of monthly plans are handled according to the terms of your agreement.
  • If cookies or similar technologies are unavailable, attribution may not be possible.

Because results are visible, you can turn them into your next sales improvement.

In your dedicated dashboard, you can see not only accesses and purchases, but also eligible net sales, estimated payouts, rank progress, results per QR and usage trends by language. Placement is not the end — you keep improving your guidance and placements while watching the results.
