A 10-language audio guide service for visitors to Japan
Turn sharing the best of Tokyo
into results and rewards.
A partner program where you introduce GuideTunes to travelers, helping them enjoy Tokyo's history, culture and food more deeply. Qualifying first purchases made via your dedicated QR code or referral link are measured, and you receive performance-based rewards according to your results. Within the rules, you choose the way of working that suits you — in person, on social media, on the web, or at partner venues and events.
Concept imageBring travelers a valuable experience, and have the results rewarded fairly.
This is not mere advertising — it is activity that helps travelers understand and enjoy the appeal of each area more deeply. Accesses and first purchases via your dedicated QR code and referral link are measured and reflected in performance rewards under the defined terms.
Introducing GuideTunes to travelers
When a conversation starts near a sight, or a traveler shows interest, you introduce the guide by showing it on your smartphone screen.
Showing cards with your dedicated QR code
Hand over a card with your personal QR code, and travelers can listen to the first free track on the spot.
Sharing your dedicated URL on social media and the web
Post your dedicated link on Instagram, X, blogs, travel forums and similar places.
Guiding at stores and events with permission
Guide visitors at pre-approved locations such as partner storefronts and event venues.
Reporting user feedback
Share the impressions and requests you hear from travelers, so the guides can improve.
Joining designated campaigns
Take part in limited-time referral campaigns organized by GuideTunes.
Indiscriminate street flyering and aggressive solicitation are prohibited by the activity rules. The basis of this activity is polite guidance for travelers who show interest.
Who this suits
People who want to share the appeal of Tokyo and Japan with travelers
People who want to use their experience or interest in tourism, hospitality, languages or social media
People who follow the activity rules and can guide without causing misunderstandings
People who understand a performance-based reward system rather than a fixed salary
People who want to keep active in a way that suits them
Experience is not required — following the activity rules matters most.
Ways to be active
Concept imageGuide in person
When travelers show interest, introduce GuideTunes using your QR card or your smartphone screen.
Concept imageShare on social & web
Introduce GuideTunes with your dedicated URL, alongside your own posts and travel information.
Concept imageAt partner venues & events
Guide visitors at pre-approved stores, facilities and events, following the defined rules.
Some activities require permission or a check of the activity rules beforehand.
The more results you build up, the higher next month's reward rate.
Rewards are paid on the eligible net sales of qualifying first purchases, at the rate of your current rank. Last month's results determine next month's rank, so sustained activity is reflected in your reward rate.

How it works
- New promotion staff start at 30% (STARTER).
- Rank upgrades take effect the following month.
- Downgrades occur only after two consecutive months below the threshold.
- Only qualifying first purchases are eligible.
- Automatic renewals are generally not eligible.
- Refunds, cancellations and fraudulent transactions are excluded.
- Attribution: the first QR code scanned, valid for 7 days, never overwritten (first touch).
Example (one case)
Last month's eligible net sales: ¥40,000 → next month you are PRO (35%). If next month's eligible net sales are also ¥40,000, the reward is ¥14,000. Actual rewards follow finalized statements.
How results are attributed
First-touch attribution — the first QR code or URL scanned, valid for 7 days, never overwritten
- Results attribute to the promotion staff whose dedicated QR code or URL was scanned first (first touch).
- The attribution window is 7 days; scanning another QR within it does not overwrite the attribution.
- Only purchases via a valid partner code are eligible.
- Refunds, cancellations and fraud are excluded; self-purchases are detected and excluded.
- If cookies or similar technologies are unavailable, attribution may not be possible.
